Made for your kitchen

Explore cooking through country cookbook editions

Country editions group recipes around a cuisine. They sit alongside the personal cookbooks you create and the general cookbook library in your Culina account.

A collection organized around a cuisine

Culina's country edition catalogue covers France, Italy, Israel, South Africa, Spain, Morocco and Japan. The country cookbook screen shows editions currently available in the app; availability can vary.

Separate access for each edition

Country editions use separate cookbook access rather than being included automatically in a paid subscription. The app supports one-time cookbook purchases, but payments are not live yet. An edition with access granted can be opened from the country cookbook screen.

Use an edition in your cooking workflow

With access to an edition, browse its recipe cards, filter by difficulty and open recipe instructions. Accessible recipes can also be selected in the meal planner.

Keep the cookbook in your account

Country editions are digital collections inside Culina, without a downloadable ebook or PDF edition. This page explains the feature; the cookbook recipes remain inside the authenticated app.
